Yesterday I ran the 12 Mile Coulee XC race 4 km option, and today I went snowshoeing way out in the Rocky Mountains with my family. Tune in later in the week for elaborations on both topics; I’m tuckered.
I do believe I found a short cut to Frostbite Falls in the mountains!

umm… I don’t think there are shortcuts in the mountains… unless it’s through it!
Good for you to get snowshoeing after your race! You must have some gams!
